Quality Management System and Financing Projects Manager

Requirements:

• Desirable university degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analyst, Quality Management, etc).
• Desirable training as an Internal Auditor.
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, preferably ISO 9001, in the software industry.
• Deep knowledge of the principles and practices of ISO 9001 and its application in a software development environment.
• Analytical skills to assess quality data and metrics and translate them into concrete improvement actions.
• Excellent proficiency in Office tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of the English language.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a technical support role.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems and office applications.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with users of different levels of technology experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a support team.
• Customer-oriented and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the technology support team.
• Providing technical assistance to end users, addressing issues and inquiries.
• Effectively managing support requests, prioritizing and assigning tasks based on severity and complexity.
• Collaborating with other IT departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Documenting and maintaining records of problems and solutions.
• Conducting reporting and analysis of support metrics.

• Experience in Power BI development for at least three years.
• Desirable: Knowledge of RPA (Automations).
• Functional knowledge in business processes and KPIs.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-person and virtual).
• Skill to communicate and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
